The day's formal proceedings commenced with the arrival of the chief dignitaries, pre-eminently Chief Guest, Mr. Himanshu Kumar, IAS, and the President of the occasion, Most Rev. Dr. Louis Mascarenhas, Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Allahabad. Their reception by the Principal, Rev. Fr.
