As the College Captain of St. Joseph’s College, Prayagraj, for the Academic Session 2025-26,I am deeply humbled and honoured to serve the institution which has brought me up, shaped me and taught meabout life. I could give whatever I can to the College,yet it still would be nothing compared to the nurturingthis institution has always given me,which is why, I wish to fulfil my duties, not just as the College Captain, but as a Josephite first, to the best of my abilities. 
This year, this final run with my alma mater, I want to focus on working with all my fellow Josephites equally and toflourish together as a team. I want to encourage all to cherish these moments, to dream bigger and to support each other more than ever. I wish to work together with all my fellow leaders and to lead not with power, but with purpose. 
As we step through yet another door, we now arrive at a moment that demands more than just routine. It demands courage to adapt, discipline to stay focused and the resilience to push forward when things get tough. And things will get tough. But what defines us — isn’t how we act when things are easy, it’s how we rise when faced with adversity. 
Together, let’s go through school savouring every small moment,while upholding the values that our College instils in us, and make this year, one to be remembered always! Let’s work together to leave a mark and carry the torch our seniors have carefully nurtured over the years.
