BEYOND THE PERSONA: THE POWER OF CHARACTER
A special assembly on the theme “Personality vs Character” was conducted by the Association of Luminaries, exploring the difference between how individuals present themselves before the world and who they truly are in private. The assembly was conducted by the Joint Organising Secretary, Arjun Bhanot, while the Prayer and Pledge were led by the Organising Secretary, Swastic Gupta, followed by a prayer song by the College Choir.
The theme was further explored through thought-provoking speeches delivered by Aaditya Nandan and Rishi Kumar Sharma, highlighting how personality may create an impression in public, while character is revealed through one’s actions, values, and conduct when no one is watching.
As the Association of Luminaries marked its 10th year, a special commemorative memento was presented to the Principal, Rev. Fr. Walter D’Silva, by the Chairperson, Mr Nirat Darbari, and the President, Mohammed Adil, as a mark of gratitude and recognition of the association’s decade-long journey.
The assembly concluded with a thought by President Mohammed Adil, reinforcing the message that while personality may earn attention, it is character that ultimately defines an individual.
