SUMMER CAMPS 2024

Picture no screen time. Picture camaraderie without social media and its ramifications. Picture holistic growth where loving discipline meets fun.Voila! Summer camp!

Ever ready to let the inner spark find acceptance, appreciation and accolades aplenty, St. Joseph's College, Prayagraj has been holding a plethora of activities in Summer Camps and this year's Summer Camp was no exception to the rule. Commencing from the 21^st of May and concluding on 6^th of June, the first Summer Camp spread across two weeks, was surely a great success.

The programme kicked off with the Master of Ceremonies, Mr. Prateek Hemrajani welcoming the Guests and the trainers followed by a Bible reading by Ms. Praise John. Enthralling dance performances of groups A, B, C, D and E, choreographed by Mr Atamjeet, were interspersed with a slew of variety Acts. While Captain A. B. Singh and Mathew De Silva caught everyone's attention with the band performance under their guidance, the audience were in for a soulful treat courtesy for the performance of Mr. Avinash Sharma and team's guitar renditions.

Theatre loving audiences are well aware of the repertoire of Mr. Sachin Chandra. Naturally, a skit titled Vikram Betaal, guided by Mr. Chandra and Mr. Ankit Tandon, left the gathering spellbound.

Ever motivating, the Principal, Rev. Fr. Thomas Kumar, thanked the trainers for never slowing the pace or curbing the enthusiasm despite the demanding weather and letting each and every child feel the sweet rewards of achievement. He then, gave away mementos as tokens of appreciation to every trainer. The events for the day wrapped up with keyboard performance by Mr. Raju Solomon and his team and the singing of the National Anthem by all those gathered.
