International Labour Day - 2025
Today, May 1 2025, being the international Labour Day, the Support Staff of our school were welcomed by the School Band. The entire assembly rose as one to show their respects to the guests of honour.
St. Augustine once said, “Our Souls are restless unless they rest in you O Lord!” Hence, Ms. A.J. D’Cruz uplifted our hearts with a blessed reading from the scriptures. To further it, Mrs. Anjana Srivastava offered a heartfelt prayer, for our beloved Support Staff for their wellbeing as well as for attaining success evermore in their lives. She also prayed for our beloved Principal, Rev.Fr. Walter D’Silva, thanking God for giving us a Principal as good as him.The choir released a musical symphony into the air increasing the positive energy which permeated the atmosphere. Their high pitched voices were in one accord with the high spirited atmosphere.
Om Tiwari and Arish gave the welcome speech and the students of the Leadership Training Service Association garlanded the guests, for their sincere and unwavering commitment to the school.
To make the occasion more precious, our Principal Rev.Fr. Walter D’Silva gave away the gifts to our respected guests. The choir sang a song that inspired us to appreciate their hard work.

Rev.Fr. Walter D’Silva, addressed the assembly and thanked the staff for their unwavering hardwork and commitment. ‘Work is Worship,’ with this quote, he said that the school has greatly benefited from the dedication of its Support Staff as the campus was clean and tidy only because of their service. He added that though no one acknowledges the hardwork of the Support Staff or the workers of Nagar Nigam- it is they who in reality, keep the city clean. Father ended the speech praying that God may bless them, keep their families secure.
He also prayed that their children may become respected citizens of the country.
