With the glorious festival of Christmas approaching, the ambitious and charming students of Class 6-G  unveiled a joyous Christmas themed assembly before the school on 5th December,2024. This event was embarked by the Lord's  prayer and a melodious Christmas Carol sung by the choir members.

The atmosphere got filled with excitement and enthusiasm as the talented performers dressed up in unique attires and equipped with eye-catching props stepped on the stage.The miraculous scene of the birth of Jesus was depicted commendably, leaving the audience spell bounded.The three Wise Men gifted the divine infant with presents which symbolised the various aspects of Jesus's life. The Heavenly Angels expressed immense joy in the form of a mesmerizing and elegant dance which added more to the event.

The entire skit was narrated by Arnav Yadav, the main host simultaneously. The Nativity Scene was followed by the speech of Our Honourable Principal, Rev. Fr. Walter D'silva who emphasized the spiritual significance of the festival, leaving an indelible impact on the young minds. When the children caught the glimpse of the most iconic character, Santa Clause, cheers of contagious laughter and continuous applause echoed in every direction.

Finally, the assembly was concluded by our  Middle School Administrator, Rev Fr. Gladwin Fernandez who encouraged the students to embody the spirit of Christmas in their daily lives. Overall the Christmas Day celebrations at St Joseph's College, Prayagraj were a huge  success and everyone had a wonderful time. The events and speeches during the assembly were particularly enjoyable, and they helped to spread the message of love, kindness and compassion.
